Over my career I've stepped into the role of Project Manager, Visual Designer, Front End Developer, and Educator, but my most important role has always been as a strong advocate for the user. Businesses can't succeed if they focus on their needs alone, they have to understand who their customers are in order to be able to empathize and design for them.

That's where I come in. I help global brands solve problems using simple, meaningful solutions that unify user needs and business objectives. I’ve lead design and development teams successfully deliver multimillion dollar projects, facilitated concept ideation sessions that produce viable solutions, and mentored young designers and entrepreneurs realize their aspirations.

I've recently taken on the role of Senior Product Designer with Clio: Practice Management Software. Before Clio, I was the Lead UX Instructor at BrainStation Vancouver, a progressive educational institution that assists professionals develop digital skill sets, as well as a Senior User Experience Designer and Product Owner with Work at Play, a digital agency in Vancouver.

I'm a Vancouverite, born and raised. I love this city and everything it has to offer. During my spare time you can find me running or cycling the Seawall, hiking on the North Shore trails, or hosting events in the city in my role as Local Leader with the Interaction Designer Association. I’m also slightly addicted to spinning, yoga, and Japanese cooking :-)

I'm always looking for interesting projects or collaborations, so if you'd like to work together or even if you just want to chat (design, coffee, travel…) please reach out!
